Terms and conditions for sales and delivery of your JivaYou profile


Payment

JivaYou ApS reveives payment by Dankort/VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron and Mastercard/Eurocard. Payment is drawn from your account the day after you have bought your JivaYou profile on our website.

Payment is made through a SSL certified secure connection. If you are buying with a code or invoice the terms of payment will be on the invoice. The prices are including relevant taxes

Delivery

Your JivaYou Profile is delivered right after you have completed the questionaires. You can login afterwards with your code in order to view your profile again. If your account have been inactive for 12 months we have the right to delete your profile with a previous notice via email.

Cancellation

It is not possible to return og cancel any buy of our online products (personality tests or other digital products).

You have 2 years of warrenty. If you have received a wrong product according to your order or your product is damaged in any way, you are obligated to complaint within a reasonable time frame after you have noticed the problem. If you are complainting within 1 month the complaint is considered to be in time.

Technical problems

If you experience technical problems you should contact JivaYou ApS via email: support@JivaYou.com.

Disputes

Disputes between buyer and JivaYou ApS are solved thorugh current law and regular terms.

Permission - Agreement

This is a contract between you and JivaYou ApS.

Private informations

We will ofcourse protect your private informations and have constructed our system in a way to protect any information you give us in the best possible way.

Sharing of your informations

JivaYou ApS will not give your informations to any third party, unless you have given us your permission previous to share information with a JivaYou coach, who are going to guide you or if we need these informations in order to develop and optimize our system.

JivaYou ApS have the right to save and use your informations in order to use these as data for developing statistics for JivaYou ApS and use these for all purposes within JivaYou. You can always choose to delete your informations by sending an email to JivaYou ApS.

Appeal options

Further appeal options:

Any complaint for a product or service bought at JivaYou can be handed over to "Konkurrence- og Forbrugerstyrelsens Center for Klageløsning, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby". You can complaint to Center for Klageløsning at www.forbrug.dk.

The EU-Commissions online complaint portal can also be used to send in any complaint. This is especially relevant, if you are customer living in another EU-country then Denmark. The complaint can be give at – http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
